Drywall & Plaster Repair

Most painters paint over damage and hope. We repair drywall and plaster properly first — taping, mudding, sanding, priming — so the finished wall looks new, not patched.

If you can see the patch through the paint, the patch wasn't done right. Settling cracks, doorknob holes, water-damaged ceilings, and old plaster failures all need different repair approaches. We've handled them all and we know when a wall needs taping versus when it just needs a skim coat.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to fix water damage before painting?

Yes — and we need to be sure the leak is fixed first. Painting over wet drywall traps moisture and grows mold. We're happy to coordinate with a plumber or roofer if needed.

Can you match my texture?

In almost every case, yes. Knockdown, orange peel, and smooth are routine. Heavy hand-troweled textures take more time but we can match them.

Do you do small repairs or only big projects?

Both. We do single-hole repairs, and we do whole rooms. Minimum trip charge applies on small jobs.
